Yes. Dynamic Science™ is an SBOE-approved science curriculum for Texas, and every lesson, investigation, and assessment is aligned to grade-level TEKS. It was built with more than 75 current and former Texas educators and is vertically aligned from kindergarten through high school in English, with Spanish available for K–8.
Dynamic Science™ covers Texas science from kindergarten through grade 8 plus four high school courses: Dynamic Biology, Dynamic Chemistry, Dynamic Physics, and Dynamic IPC (Integrated Physics and Chemistry). The K–8 core is available in English or in Spanish as Ciencias Dinámicas.
Yes. Ciencias Dinámicas is Summit K12's full Spanish K–8 core science curriculum for Texas. It offers the same phenomenon-based lessons, rigor, and TEKS alignment as Dynamic Science™ in English, with a focus on building scientific vocabulary. Districts can use it in bilingual and dual language programs so students learn science in Spanish without a lower standard.
Dynamic Science™ supports emergent bilingual students in two ways. The English core curriculum includes embedded language scaffolds so students can access grade-level science while building English. For bilingual and dual language programs, Ciencias Dinámicas provides the full K–8 curriculum in Spanish with the same rigor.
STAAR® Readiness is Summit K12's science test-readiness program for Texas grades 5, 8, and Biology.
